Pickup Fox Workbook Automation

Privacy policy

Prepared September 15, 2026

Purpose and information used

Pickup Fox Workbook Automation supports the operation of Pickup Fox’s driver compliance workbook. It processes records available in the authorized spreadsheet, including driver identifiers and names, license and vehicle information, policy information, verification results, report numbers, dates, reviewer names, notes, and links to supporting documents.

Google permissions

The application requests access to view and manage the spreadsheet in which it is installed, run scheduled automation when the authorizing user is not present, and display interactive prompts and search windows inside Google Sheets. These permissions support verification entry, record lookup, timestamps, revision history, and compliance restriction tracking.

Storage and access

Workbook records and verification revisions are stored in Google Sheets. Document links refer to separately stored files; those files retain their own access settings. Workbook access is controlled through Google sharing permissions. Authorized workbook users may be able to view sensitive records, including records stored on hidden tabs. Hiding a tab does not restrict access.

Use and sharing

Google-account data is used to provide and maintain the workbook’s compliance functions. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Google provides the Sheets and Apps Script services that store and process workbook data. This informational website does not display driver records or provide a driver-data submission form.

Pickup Fox Workbook Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Records remain in the workbook until the authorized owner removes them. Updating a pending verification may preserve its earlier version in the revision history. A deletion request should identify both the current record and any retained revisions or separately stored documents. Revoking Google access stops future authorized access; it does not automatically delete existing workbook records or documents.

Your choices and contact

You can review or revoke the application’s Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. For questions, access concerns, or a request to review or delete information, contact catchings.ryan@gmail.com. Requests are subject to identity confirmation and applicable record-retention obligations.

Changes

This policy should be updated when the application’s permissions, data handling, or features change.
